- Primero. Remitir, por intermedio de la Secretaria General, el expediente de la referencia al Juzgado Catorce Administrativo del Circuito de Bogota, para que en ejercicio de sus competencias constitucionales y legales, y dentro de los terminos establecidos, decida la accion de tutela interpuesta por Roselia Santos de Cala contra la Caja Nacional de Prevision Social - CAJANAL-.
- Segundo. Comunicar por medio de Secretaria General, el presente auto al Juez Promiscuo de Familia de San Gil con el fin de que tenga conocimiento sobre lo aqui resuelto por la Corte Constitucional. Para el efecto se remitira copia de la presente providencia.
